My favortie meal currnetly is

Rice(sticky)
Tilapia
Fresh Cucumbers

I have a rice cooker so i just put the rice in there and its done in like 45 mins. If you don't have one follow the directions on the back of your rice bag.
The fish is a little harder.
I have frozen fillets so 1st defrost them in warm water. While thats happening start on the bath for the fish. I used milk in a substitute for egg to hold the coating together. So in a large bowl splash some milk in there.

Next add your spices. I used adobo, curry powder, cumin, hot red cayenne pepper, hot madras curry powder, and ginger powder. I don't have measurements so add to taste and tongue.(you can use different spices if you prefer) Then add Shoyu to taste(soy sauce). Stir to blend.

Next in a frying pan or skillet heat up vegetable oil( coconut is preferred because its very thin and light).

Now get your defrosted fish and plop them into the bowl and soak them good. In a separate bowl add some cornmeal(goya preferred) and flour(not bleached). I don't have measurements for this either; not a lot, it depends on how much fish your making.

Now take your fish and put into the bowl with the cornmeal and coat it and then put it back into the first bowl and then the second bowl etc. Until in has a nice thick coating.

Now add your fish to the frying panCareful of any water or extra liquid because the oil can pop in you face or burn you

Fish cooks depending on pan, oil, quantity, and burner. But cook to a nice deep brown color for extra crispyness.

While you fish is cooking wash you cucumber and peel it. Then cut in length wise and with a small teaspoon scoop out the seeds. Now lay the lengthwise(llllll) and slice them into strips and the cut horizontally(------) into two.

When everything is done put in your favorite bowl and enjoy

Chef Ra's Hemp Rally Brownies

What you need

1/4 oz. of your fav ganga or pot
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
5 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa power
1/2 tsp baking power
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp applesauce
1 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 tbsp light corn syrup 3 egg white
2 tsp vanilla

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
Take your weed and chop it finely. The, in a double boiler, place a small stainless steal cup ( about 6 inches is depth) filled with the ganga and the vegi oil an stir together. Add water to the double boiler an place the cup in the center. Make sure the water level is not high enough that it will enter the cup. Three inches should be enough.

Cook the mixture at a slow simmer over moderate heat for about 45 minutes. separate the ganga particulate and pour the oil in a large sauce pan along with the chopped chocolate. Over a very low flame, heat the ganga oil and chocolate, stirring slowly mix together until smooth and creamy. If the flame is too high the chocolate will burn!! Remove from heat and ad corn syrup, brown sugar and applesauce. Stir in the egg whites and vanilla. Beat the mixture vigorously until smooth, then stir in flour mixture that was set aside until blended well.

Grease the pan, with cannabutter or oil, and bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 min, let them cool and enjoy.

i know it is kinda hard to make but the payoff is so awesome!!!

heres mine don't go crazy, hehe
