Is it reasonable to banned a 9 year old pitcher from a league because he is too good? what's your reaction/comment?

I think it's unfair. I'm sure the kid just wants to play. He is only 9 after all.

actually I would say it's an extreme example of bad sportsmanship. maybe the other batters look like losers at batting in comparison because they are? telling someone that they can't partisipate in a sport beacuase they can't accept the fact that the boy is batter than them is a combination of selfishness, immaturity, hypocracy, and bad sportsmanship in all the worst ways. if they feel so inadequate in comparison and can't deal with it, they should just quit themselves and let people who can get over themselves and just play the damn game play.

In the article I read , it said parents were concerned with their child's safety, even though he hasn't hit a single batter yet. It also he was topping out at 40 mph, which is decently fast for a 9 year old, but not so fast that it would seriously hurt anyone.

The kid can get hurt. Why shouldn't he kick him out?
Just wait until he's a bit older, whats the big deal? -___-;

that's unreasonable.
