This drama seriously reminded me of 'A Walk to Remember' and 'A Millionaire's First Love' minus the wedding.

I think a lot of people are debating about whether she actually loved/liked Asou as much as Senpai. Do remember that she liked Senpai for over a period of time.

To make on comment on some of the previous posts above, it would be VERY unrealistic if she stayed alive, as harsh as that might sound.
