And I do read wall street journal. And bloomsberg's report. And FXreport. Kinda hard not to when your aspiring dream is trading USD / Euro in foreign exchange for full time.

good, is that all?

yeah pretty much.

I take it yours is way way way more credible than mine. Would love to hear it

if you scroll up^
what i typed was this:

`our economy isn't as bad as you morons think.

it's slow, but it can get A LOT worse (especially if that dumb fuck obama gets in).

try traveling to other countries and reading the wall street journal.`

the other person(s) you were quoting wasn't me.

: )
good. I like people with confidence.

But i did post my rebuttal about "`our economy isn't as bad as you morons think." with the report of how bad the U.S foreign debts are.

And my bad, I almost took it that for people to be enlightened about the U.S economy status, you have to: "try traveling to other countries and reading the wall street journal.`", that's why I post my.. err.. other rebuttal stating some of my credibility to give opinion on such subject matter. (which btw, that same opinion refuses your view regarding this topic).

You can feel free to reply this. I don't mind discussing about economy. I'm really interested in it. But err.. I think the mod will find our discussion out of topic.

your `rebuttal` wasn't there at the time of my response:

i missed you by a minute, my edit was basic grammar.

as far as `our economy isn't as bad as you morons think` &
`try traveling to other countries and reading the wall street journal.`
statements, was for the other two posters.
i highly doubt they have been to the eu or have read the wsj,
or have any clue outside of what oprah/obama/google tells them.

on serious economics - yeah, cr doesn't pay me for such mess

hehe oprah. I hate her haircut.

ahem anyway... i read wall street journal.. and they don't always say good thing about the dollars. The U.S dollar barely pull out an all time low record against the euro last month.

I don't know you, but i think you're okay. It's just that you gotta stop making those condescending remarks to other people. Specially in a complicated subject on economic where you could be wrong. I'm not patronizing you here, i'm just sayin.

I stopped reading that when you said paying tax is illegal.

Then wtf are you doing here wasting my time debating shit you didn't even read??

I would point some stuff out to you, but your set on going on some crusade using imaginary laws.

The constitution is an imaginary law??
lol and you don't have to make up stuff like i'm in a crusade and shit man. If you're not able to point it out or are afraid of getting shoot down when it comes to debating with external sources, you can just say so and stop being condescending towards me.

The constitution never says "The government under no circumstance's can tax its citizens" There would BE no government then.

I never said that taxing people are illegal.

I said: (don't even try to twist my wording in the future)

It's illegal for the government...... To enforce people to pay for tax............. Because it's against the constitution.

meaning: The tax law is unconstitutional
meaning: To force people to pay for tax goes against the constitution
meaning: It's not legal for the government to make paying for tax mandatory because it's against the constitution
meaning: The constitution doesn't support the act of enforcing tax law to U.S civilian
meaning: Should I go on here? or do you need more clarification? or perhaps a language translation? lol

"you file for taxes = paying tax

paying tax = against the constitution."

Regardless of how the 16th amendment became ratified (or not) we cannot come out of paying taxes. Fair or unfair it's against the law to not pay it so what are we supposed to do?

How is it against the law? There is now solid LAW saying you have to. But then again, if you dont pau it, usually bad stuff happens to you lol

It is in the constitution thus making it a law( I think). If you don't pay you'll be arrested. I wish I didn't have to pay because with my current job taxing is too much on my wallet.

see now that's better. Instead of you assuming things you don't know. You're actually asking for a clarification. (if that is what you're trying to do)

It's right there on my first post but what the hell. I'll post it again for your convinience.

"paying tax = against the constitution."

"the house of representatives and direct tax shall be apportioned among the several states"
Article 1, section 2 and 9

which means: in order for the government to collect taxes.... they MUST come up with a sum of money they intend to collect... then divide it equally with every states in the U.S.

Any other way of doing it IS unconstitutional.

So therefore:

Paying tax with the current condition = against the constitution yes

lol btw.. you're just so determined to prove me wrong aren't you?? (ain't gonna happen). I don't even know you and i don't even know why. Are you doing this to feel superior about yourself?? So that even though you don't know a lot about the tax law.. You'd still have a say to it?? Just because you want to always be that intellectual person that other people look up to?? You don't even have a basis of your argument regarding this matter except that "oh that guy is wrong" do you?? you didn't even bother to research more or read more about it.. Everything you read was just my post and What you're doing with it is picking out which things I might say wrong and take it all out of context.

I'm saying all this crap not to prove myself. I don't want to argue with people. I want to help. This is not a proving ground for showing people how smart you are. I actually care about the subject matter. Now get your act together. It's sad to see a grown up behave this way.
