Spiders freak me out, I'm terrified of them, but I do try to give them their own space. If I find one I take it outside. After all, they haven't done anything to me, and it's not their fault that i have an irrational fear of them. Plus, they are kinda fascinating, and beautiful in a way. Also, they get rid of flies and various other bugs that also freak me out. So spiders rock on!

Spiders can't help it that their disgusting and have hideous freaky fur and make spider webs to trap insects to eat.

But their existence IS pretty meaningless...

I don't hate spiders at all. They're actually very helpful; they kill annoying bugs like mosquitos. I've held taratulas numerous times, and it's no biggie. They're actually very fragile and fuzzy creatures.

Their existence isn't meaningless. They can kill insects that may be capable of doing more harm to you than the spider itself.

I think this calls for some creepy pasta:

SCARY FEATURES
Many classic horror icons share common characteristics. Pale skin, dark, sunken eyes, elongated faces, sharp teeth, and the like. These images inspire horror and revulsion in many, and with good reason. The characteristics shared by these faces are imprinted in the human mind. Many things frighten humans instinctively. The fear is natural, and does not need to be reinforced in order to terrify.

The fears are species-wide, stemming from dark times in the past when lightning could mean the burning of your tree home, thunder could be the approaching gallops of a stampede, predators could hide in darkness, and heights could make poor footing lethal.

The question you have to ask yourself is this: What happened, deep in the hidden eras before history began, that could effect the entire human race so evenly as to give the entire species a deep, instinctual, and lasting fear of pale beings with dark, sunken eyes, razor sharp teeth, and elongated faces?

... Just be careful out there.

I fell asleep at my friend's house... on the floor.

I woke up a little bit later 'cuz my back was itching. >.>;
I thought it was a string and I pulled it out.
Guess what? It wasn't a string. -.-;;
It was a spider. :|

I hate the little eight-legged monsters. x.x;;

Though I think the world will do better without them, they're necessary to keep the ecosystem balanced. T.T

Even though spiders have frightening characteristics I do love their abilities to eat their prey. They have good senses one of those is the "spider sense".

I cannot believe this thread exists =\
My friends and I are arachnophobic..especially me.

I was over at my friend's house and was currently taking a shower. Suddenly, a huge spide (the size of my PALM) jumped on my leg...eew

I detest/despise spiders.
