I just replied on a thread about village headbands in the Shippuden forum so...lower face mask (like Kakashi, but I know his is not over his mouth, just his eye), dog collar, armband, or around the thigh. Just feel it's good-looking and somehow more convenient in those locations, and identity-concealing with the mask.
