no...that's like asking if cutting a hole in your skull is a good way to relieve a headache.


The best way to lose weight if you need to lose weight is the old-fashioned way, which is eating healthier and exercising regularly. This doesn't always have to be boring workouts that you don't like, do something that is fun but is active also. Eating healthier is as easy as making common sense food choices, limit the fried foods and foods high in carbohydrates. Eat more green foods...leafy green, not gummi green. Vegetables and fruits are very healthy for you and will give you plenty of energy to exercise. It won't happen overnight but after a few weeks you'll notice a difference, even if its a small difference. The object is to burn more calories than you take in, but don't just stop taking in calories alltogether.

Yes it can. But you should starve yourself for one-two days straight ONLY! Damn you if you dont eat over three days. You will be physically and (usually) mentally weaker in the third day if you don't eat. But a good way is to starve yourself from your daily meal but only eat fruits (applesis watery and delicious!) while exercising (daily is good too^^)

PS

I recommend only one day. two days can also make you weaker. Also! Drink lots of fluids too (any kind. Juice and power drinks is good^^. As long as it's not Alcoholic)

probably wont make u lose fat for a while cuz ur body realizes its not getting food so it saves the energy (fat) but if your raelly determined, in the end you can win over your body and become skinny, altho u'd be considered anorexic (did I spell that right?) I'd say just eat light meals with green tea and exercize a lot. The more muscles you have, the more fat you burn even when you don't excercize

you lose the wrong faint not the unwanted one currently im fasting for a month , and like last year i was fasting and eating only a bit,but drinking a lot of water i lost about 5 pounds in a month !! but it was really bad for my health ! , so i think starving may make you sick even if you lose weight .

DO NOT EVER STOP EATING! dieting help but the quickest, easiest, healthiest way to lose weight is EXCERSIZE!!!! plain and simple...go jogging once a day, hit the gym a couple of tyms a week, but keep eating!

just eat less than 1500kcal a day and walk like 30 minutes.and sleep for 8 hours.
if you burn more calories than what you eat you will lose fat.
starving yourself just make you temporarily lose weight.and then after you eat normally your weight will increase just like you before that.

it's working for me.i already lose 4 kg.

you should never starve yourself.. i used to be anorexic when i was 13... well, it was a huge mistake, it was stupid because i was already really skinny, and i had an extremely fast metabolism. i just believed i was fat when i really wasn't.. not eating just makes your body wants to hold the fat so it never do you any good.. just eat.

Well, if you stop eating your body will notice it and starts consuming less. So thats why you don`t lose weight. Also if you start losing weight it doesnt really make you thinner because starving yourself doesnt burn fat but it will burn muscle. In the end you will only be in a very bad health and will not have lost any fat.

To make things even worse, when you start eating normally again, you will gain back the weigh (and even more) because you no longer have the muscles to consume energy. Before you started starving yourself you had muscles that took part of the energy you consumed. When you start eating normally again you have the same amount of energy but no muscles to burn it, so it will turn into more fat.

Also the muscles wont come back as easy as they were burned. So exercize is the only realistic option, sorry.

Also unhealthy dieting causes type 2 diabetes.

Starving yourself will only make it worse, it will make you want to eat more. If you want to stay thin, just eat right and exercise 30 minutes everyday. It's not fucking rocket science. And cut the teenage angst bullshit, if people have a problem with how you look, they can go die in a fire. Do not try to lose weight for anyone but yourself.
