STOP NOW. You'll get Anorexia. Anorexics are abnormally thin. Many die because they starve or their heart stops because of lack of nuitrition. You probably are pretty the way you are. By starving yourself you're depleting your body of the nourishment it needs. If you have weight issues a better solution is by eating healthy foods and getting a good amount of excersize. It may not happen overnight but you'll be healthier and look a lot better because of it. Also don't look at the weight. Look at the amount of bodyfat. Muscle weighs more then fat so measuring progress by weight distorts the results.

You may just have a different body type. Not everyone can be a size 0, and those who are are usually unhappy. Whatever it is, love yourself and don't starve yourself or vomit on purpose to lose weight, as that's really destrutive and unescessary.

if you dont eat regular meals then your body will be tricked into thinking that it may not be able to eat in a long time and actually start to store fat. if you want to lose wait that way then you get major maluntrition issues and stuff plus at first youll gain wait.
na the best thing to do is just eat heaps of fruit and veg. wen you hungry have an apple. that way your body wont be tricked and wont store fat but at the same time your losing weight. dont forget to do some running too

Starving yourself will make you lose weight but only about like 5-10 lbs. After that, your body goes into survival mode and basically just starts eating off of your nutrients, fat, muscles, and you'll end up in the hospital. If not, you'll end up dead.

i say yes it work...when i turn 14 not to long ago..i dont eat much.. i only eat one meal a day so when school start everyone say that i look so skinny (i dont thnk so)...but u have to eat or u will past out (happen to me once)


p.s cuz i starved myself i still only eat a 2 or 1 meal a day ...

for me.... i starve myself because im to lazy to wake up early enough to have breakfest and really don't feel like going out to buy a lunch or make it for that matter, i haven't had a major weight change for 4 years, and only have 1 meal or so a day. it's not heathy but because im inactive for the most part of my day, i don't waste energy, so i don't burn it. thats why i can do this, by the way, im not fat... im 150lbs. in fact im a little to light for my liking... lol?

the very first thing you learn is that starving yourself won't make you lose weight FASTER.
much less at all.
eating right & exercise is the way to go.
cutting down on crap food helps too ya know.

no, it is clinicaly proven that regular light heathy meals as well as a few delicious sanks[IN PROPORTION] are better for you then just not eating. don't skip breakfeast, it actualy halps you to loos weight and gives you energy to get through the morning. please eat food, and be happy. your beautiful as you are, and if you want to chang yourself do it in a healthy way.

*wags finger at OP* You really ought to know better. It's common knowledge how unhealthy starving yourself to lose weight can be. You may lose weight but it'll come back twice as much then what will you do? If you're wanting to be smaller then I'd recommended going on a vegan and water diet. It's light foods that will make you feel better. Green tea is also good to speed up your metabolism to lose weight.

One more thing.... your actually weight means nothing. Because there are so many factors that will fuck with the results like clothes you're wearing, your bone structure, how big your boobs are >.>

Instead you should use measuring tape to measure how many inches your waist is.

judging my your picture in your profile, your ain't that fat. I believed fatter peoples can lose weight faster then a normal fat person, if they work out the same time/activity? Usually you might call yourself fat but it your could be your body muscle,......ehh what it called........body......damit I forgot!! nvm it could be the body meat then just fat.

Exercise and eating good food help you lose weight. I think the more you sweat in certain activity mean the more you lose some weights. Loosing weight by starving isn't healthy, and doing so might give you some kind of illness.

i fasted on juice for 1 month and lost about 25 lbs , and so far its stayed off ( been nearly 7 months )

and NO i did not become a Anorexic . after a month of fasting i slowly went onto veggie and then after a while went onto healthy solid food ( minus all the junk oily crap )

i look healthy and no not stick and bones , im asian so its normal to be 98 lbs plus im only 5ft 2

I'm sure that this has already been said, but skipping meals is BAD! You will lose alot more weight eating small meals every 2-3 hours. Starving yourself is kinda like the easy way, in that ppl don't want to put any effort into losing weight, they would rather take a pill or just not eat at all. You want to burn more than you take in, so healthy food and exercise daily is key.

Yeah, skipping meals isn't good. If you want to lose weight, try eating smaller, more healthy meals. Or exercising more, by cutting time off the computer. Starving yourself, isnt the best way.
