For those who don't know, just new info for you, I guess. (For those of you who do know, I guess, it's not new. xD)
(Note; It Started With A Kiss 2 / They Kiss Again is 20 Episodes)
It Started With A Kiss & It Started With A Kiss 2 / They Kiss Again is based on the japanese manga, Itazura na Kiss, which is written & drawn & created by Kaoru Tada.
Kaoru Tada died in 1999 of a cerebral hemorrhage before she could finish the manga so there is no real ending;

Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide We never really know if Xiang Qin (or Kotoko as she's called in the original japanese manga) is pregnant.
Because the director of
It Started With A Kiss & It Started With A Kiss 2 / They Kiss Again, Winnie, wants to keep the drama as close to the original japanese manga as possible, he decided to make the ending like that.
So, no, there will probably NOT be any season 3 of this drama (as much as we would all LOVE for that to happen).
BUT, the anime version of Itazura na Kiss, ( http://www.crunchyroll.com/group/CRSeries_-_Itazura_na_Kiss_-_Anime), which is currently airing in Japan, is rumoured to have an actual ending because apparently the husband of the late Kaoru Tada told the anime directors the ending that Kaoru Tada wanted, because Kaoru Tada had told her husband how she wanted the story to end before she died. That's what I heard (article from where I heard this from: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2008-06-12/itazura-na-kiss-anime-to-show-creator-planned-ending), so we'll see.

huhu...I already watched the ending and I found it as a cliffhanger.....I wished they ended it in a different way.....huhu...

even if the original writer died before she can finish the story, the director should've came up wid a good ending 2 it, not lyke he's not capable now is it?? oh well, the ending is wat it is.......

the director wanted to, but to pay respect to the mangaka who died, he stayed to the original plot of the story which was unfinished but i think they will make a special episode but i don't know when

I REALLY HOPE THEY WOULD DO EVEN JUST A SHORT SEQUEL..JUST TO END IT AND NOT LEFT IT HANGING...I REALLY LIKE ARIEL AND JOE TO BE HAPPY AND SWEET IN THE ENDING..

In my opinion, they didn't gave an ending to the drama.
Well, it is said that the director of the drama made the ending as close to the anime, so maybe it really was the ending of the story.

For me??? well,,,, I'm not satisfied in the ending....
because it is not finish.... Where you can find a story without an ending.......
It's ok if the ending is happy, sad, tragic or whatsoever.....
i just want an ending of this show....

Well if the anime version had an ending because the mangaka's husband told the anime director about what she want the ending to be,it would still be possible that the director of ISWAK and TKA continue the story,since it would still be following the story line right? I mean the ending technically still is from the original author of the story... Maybe...

I do respect the directors point of view!! butyou know there is always an exception!! hecan still continue it plus the fact that te husband of the author knows what is the ending in accordance with what the late author wanted to happen!! they should continue it!! a lot of people is asking for it anyway!!! |

i m still hoping for a sequel..or for at least one SPECIAL episode for the very last time for TKA..
but i guess.. that will not happen anymore.. but im still HOPING!! yeah.. HOPING!
Im now quite satisfied with the ending.. or im just thinking or setting my mind that the ending is okay, bec there will really be no chance of getting that 3rd sequel, or even that very SPECIAL LAST episode of TKA..
BUT I AM STILL HOPING...
