The single most important aspect of any type of vehicle is cohesion, which embodies various aspects. An excellent vehicle doesn't excel in one area and yet executes extremely poorly in another. Atleast a good vehicle does everything really well without doing anything bad or out of this world and atleast an excellent vehicles does many things . What is a vehicle with all the power in the world be without immensly strong brakes? What good is a vehicle with a race-developed suspension be if it had really poor tires or little engine power? What good is a fantastic looking car if it drives badly? Cohesion is paramount.

I'd say practicality. No point in having a car when you have to refuel every few blocks. I would imagine it would ruin the whole experience of driving it.

Im going to go with quality and safety, because to me a powerful, fast good looking car is only driveable if its safe, and if its built properly. Adding low quality parts may be cheaper in the meantime...but in the long run, the overal quality of the build affects the performance and value of your car
