Why do some songs in japanese have english lyrics? I was listening to this japanese song and then it happened..there was a phrase in English in it. is this the norm in japanese music?

There are a lot of crossovers of languages in music from all areas of the world. I guess you could say it's a norm. =]

The heaviest I heard so far was distance from one of Naruto Shippuuden OP. I listened to the whole version and it was sort of weird how every line, there'd be an english word.

Not that I mind english words in japanese music but the overall song had better sound good.

Can we consider that as creativity?

Oh well, it doesn't matter as long as it doesn't affect the beauty of the song...

Yeah it's like to at least make us feel welcome to the music since it's like the only part of the whole song I would actually understand
