Can we consider that as creativity?

Oh well, it doesn't matter as long as it doesn't affect the beauty of the song...

Well, right now, English is an important language and is Universal, used in Business, and much more, in Japan it's normal for Singers to add English into their Songs, take my song for example, And! if you understand the song, it actually goes with the song well

if they're not very fluent, it sounds a little strange, but it's fine. ^^

well... sometimes, japanese like to use foreign words to express their feelings in music XD. nonjapanese people listen to japanese music too, so why not add a few words that they will understand?

Yup, pretty normal. There are some songs where I can't tell that it's English, though....like Malice Mizer's "Beast of Blood"

I can't help but laugh when I hear asian bands try to sing in english. It's more funny to me than anything else

lol, I think japanese bands singing in terrible engrish is pretty funny.

It's not really "bad", as I could see myself singing some japanese song... and I don't know japanese...

some examples that I think of :

Some of the soundtrack to Beck
Anything by Beat Crusaders
Mell by Red Faction (But I can't tell that it's english...)
Almost any M-flo song, but the guy can at least pronunce english well enough that I'm not annoyed.

i think its normal as many of them have english in it:D well, i think it adds a creative touch to the song and as i am not that good in japanese, i can at least sing a phrase from the song instead of burbling the song.
