yep it's been happening for a long time now. You don't need to look very hard to find some Japanese band using some english in their songs, whether for the title or as part of the lyrics.

Yeah, English phrases in Japanese songs are normal.
And maybe they're trying to say that they are improving in pronouncing English words..

If you want to listen to Japanese people that pronounces English well, then listen to

I hate those extra English words added into the lyrics. They make it sound awkward (even though a few words are ok).
I prefer pure-japanese songs, even though many excellent songs have english incorporated into the lyrics. So long as the English words are not overwhelming, it should be acceptable ( I agree that Distance has really TOO MUCH english used)
