*grins* same here.... except for the sarcasm in my first post. But that's really how it is.... girls in anime are placed (usually) in one of three sections then in one of two sub sections (big or small boobs) >.<

types:
A- strong type (loud /annoying) as a main character - very energetic and outgoing but clueless in terms of their own love life; as a supporting character - prone to injuring the main character ,extremely inquisitive
B - shy type - blushes easily - speaks quietly usually has a crush on someone
C- the wise older sister type - has a very relaxed personality (usually a side character)
D- the sex symbol - uses sexuality as a way to get what she wants (mainly in the shojo genre) guys are prone 2 nosebleeds around her (also has a very devious way of thinking!!!)

I fail to see where I can put "Tsundere" into those categories. Or atleast relates to one of 'em.
Perhaps you can enlighten me?

Bitch, since their actions usually warrants a "What's your problem? You mean bitch"

But also, atleast 3/8 of their time shown in shows warrants a "Love me damnit! Why don't you look at me?"
or something like that.

Oh, and Bitch is quite a WEE BIT......far off from what your description of a strong girl is.

Ya that is so true. I would say its more like 5/8th with the "Love me damnit! Why don't you look at me?" attitude. Most animes play on stereotypes usually on women, old people ...etc even though none of them reflect japanese society (who knows why they are like that?)

Anime stereotypes:

1.) all old men are perverts
2.) major female characters are all "love me damnit"
3.) the main character always has a window seat in the classroom
4.) you'll always have one episode where someone will wear kimoto (even if it has nothing to do with the storyline).
5.) guys are pathetic and clueless
6.) hair will never be a natural colour
7.) women have big chests and large twinkling eyes
8.) main character is always in “fighting and never give up” mode

yes this is a sign of sexism because anime gets guys so accurately.

we are all perverted guys with spikey hair and swear alot. we also sweat alot and can heal quite fast. we also always act badass or emo. we also arent afraid of anything which is why we jump at the chance to fight someone.

man, anime sure does show men accurately

Yes it's impossible to put every character ever into these categories, don't bother mentioning it. My point is that most women aren't portrayed in a very flattering light. They seem to simply just exist for men, as their servants (too dumb to do anything but cook and clean), as their reluctant lovers (They are too dumb to know how they feel) or as sex objects (So dumb it takes them 10 seconds to realize somebody fell on them and is groping them and their panties are showing)

Tell me this thing counts only for the anime! Do you really think this of all women? Why?
Every little girl is a potential woman ready to "exist for men, as their servants, as their reluctant lovers or as sex objects"?
