Like I said before. You have to follow an time line. What happen at what event. Who was nearby, who was on what team. Who is killed not killed.

Ya, Diddles, Don't forget to include in the past they thought. Danzou. Uchiha Fugaku, Uchiha Izuna Uchiha Shisui. Now people believe it the ramen shop keeper xD

Like JC & I been following the time line. Which is why I can conclude up 3 choice. 1) Son of the Elder sage. 2) Uchiha Setsune 3) Uchiha Kagami. They are 3 that match the time line, description.

1) Danzou was no where to be found in the Kyuubi issue, cause he was on Rain Village cooperating with Hanzou.

2) Uchiha Fugaku is the father of Sasuke & Itachi. - long story-

3) Uchiha Izuna is the younger brother of Uchiha Madara. Whom lend his eyes to Madara for ' EMS' but 'confirm' to die shortly after being blind. but like Obito, some think that he stole someone elst eyes to regain light, but Madara 'confirm' it that he is dead.

4) Uchiha Shisui also believed to be Tobi. They believe that he knew of this, but didn't try to attempt anything cause he didn't want to kill anyone. Also Danzou didn't trust Shisui but we 'don't know' weather Shisui gave his eye to Danzou, or Danzou stole his eye from him in an battle to gain advantage. But we have 'confirm' that Shisui gave Itachi his other MS eye. But Itachi & Shisui both love the Uchiha tho.

5) Uchiha Obito. People believe that Kakashi & Minato didn't try to remove the rock to savage Obito body. ' aka grave' that Kakashi goes to. but then some believe that Madara savage Obito body. Use his brainwash words with the ' Moon Eye Plan' then inserted Zetsu inside of him. But how can an 12yr boy turn into an 18-24 in two years, Obtain space time nin jutsu, then learn that MS is able to 'control'Gen Jutsu Kyuubi to his advantage. But from what we know. Obito is like Naruto. Someone who cares for his friends & the mission.

So here we go again. Madara/Tobi was the former 4th Mizukage around the late 2nd Ninja war, early of 3rd Ninja war. Cause Madara was still alive along with the 2nd Hokage Senju Tobirama. And Madara/Tobi knew Nagato like they was part of an father adoption so to speak.

Kyuubi issue took place 1-2yrs after Obito died, but now Minato is the 4th Hokage. Husband to Uzumaki Kushina who was the host to the Kyuubi. So again. by the manga. 3rd Hokage Sarutobi Hiruzen had an secret place ' ONLY' him & his wife knew of. We learn that with Sharingan, we learn that they are able to see the flow of the chakra. While Uzumaki Kushina was in labor. she would leak out Kyuubi chakra due to child birth. So ' Tobi' found out where they was hiding. Use Naruto as an decoy for the 4th Hokage, to capture Kushina, then brain wash in Gen Jutsu on Kyuubi. Rip him out of her & left to Leaf village.

Where 4th Hokage had to take step up an notch to protect the leaf. Where at the same time, 3rd Hokage form his squid mates for the battle. As we seen in the manga/anime. Tobi & Kagami isn't there. Also all of the Uchiha was no where to be found at that time.

Come to an end. Once Minato nailed Tobi with an rasengan. Tobi arm started to melt. And he was in an unadvantage so he had to take his leave. So we now know that ' Tobi' is part Zetsu. And now that ' Kisame' is the only one who seen what Tobi look like.

The only thing twisted that I see is this. When Kisame first saw Madara. he had long hair yet. when he incounter Tobi, he was shown with short hair. I think Kishi trolled us xD

And also bout knowing bout the Rikodu Sennin & 10th tail. And the history of the Uchiha/Senju. Not forget bout the battle of the 1st/Madara.

So in my eyes. From what I've gather bout everyone. I can conclude that Tobi is not Obito. but if he end up being Obito. I'll admit to my defeat
