One of the major reasons people ship these two is because a lot of times Natsume reaches out to Mikan when nobody else seems to care or notice her. We think that is sweet.

If Natsume were out of the picture, I'd certainly ship LucaxMikan. Definitely not Tsubasa with her (some people DO o_o) but Tsubasa's more like a big bro and I already ship him with Misaki. XD
