well! have you EVER been to school? the average girls at school well most of them.. actually have musles in their thighs and most japanese chicks have anorexic looking thighs.. but i admit they do look good *sigghh* I HATE EATING! |

Wow, lol. funny pics. I'm not interested in asians (I like blondes and mexicans the best, and yeah those pics didn't turn me on, I don't think I like azns), and I don't see much difference between the japanese girls' thighs and white and mexican girls' thigh. And actually, most of the azn girls I know (around like 99.999%) have the thunder thighs, NOT the white and mexicans. They look kinda short, are you sure those girls are over 18? I don't like short girls, I prfer girls to be as tall as me (I don't mind them to be taller). |

well, it's really genes and how you take care of yourself.
just like Razen said, try jogging. Or walking for like an hour a day and in a month, you'll see results. Remember to warm up and cool down and all, or you might hurt yourself. And keep on task too, 30 minutes every day is wayyy better than 3 hours once a week. Also, eat more rice, less potatoes. more soy, less red meats (beef, pork) |

rice and potatoes are the same. its carbs. They give you energy however too much energy = convert to fat. make sure you work out enough to lose it.
Red meat is ok only if it is steak. Steak has less fat than most other type of its kind. A good source of Iron and other stuff that is good for you. A max of 100g ONLY per serve. When you loses weight, u loses bone calcium too. So make sure you take a glass of milk everyday. Eat almost everything STEAM or BOIL. see the results If u aint a fit person then just jog for 30mins everyday. make sure you dont even walk during tat 30mins. Find a pace that u can do 30mins barely. then each week, increase the speed alittle. then once you thing your good enff and not sweating much. Go long distant and ignore the time. Make sure u take care of your knees and stuff since over jogging can damage them. DO NO TAKE ANY PILL. DONT DEPEND ON IT. hardwork pays off so jog it out. |
