Reassurance works wonders and it would also flatter them/ boost their ego if someone would reaffirm that their bodies are fit to a "t". Pay them no mind.

If they want me to be blunt, I would be blunt. If asking for a comparison, I would do so to my best knowledge.
If they're just asking me, I'll pretend I went deaf for a little while to stave them off. When it comes to my friends, I usually give advice and make fun of myself at the same time. It lets them have an idea while I indirectly tell them what they look like and what to do.
