What is an anime or character that always puts a smile on your face when you see it?

Most of the shannigans in Angel Beats! make me smile, though I really didn't appreciate the extreme switches between tragedy and simple comedian. Beyond that, the character XerXes Break also makes me smile-- he can pull candy out of no where and has the ability to appear and disippear into and out of cupboards.
