Dang straight Batman's winning. As the head of the Justice League and the only vigilante with the ability to go head to toe with any foe, whether it be villain or hero, and show why he dons the mask and cape as a man who can make a difference. Not saying Superman's bad, no, I love Superman. But out of the two I prefer the Bat.

Spiderman when he's written by someone competent. Most Spiderman writers want to make him out to be an angsty git and completely forget that the guy is not only an excellent fighter and tactician but a brilliant scientist as well.

Spiderman is also a much better teammate than Batman (see how Spiderman is perceived by the Avengers compared to how Batman is perceived by the Justice League).

Batman is the better detective than Spiderman but again Spiderman is no moron, he's a very intelligent hero in his own right who regularly goes up against mad scientists and criminal masterminds.

Oh and one more thing, Black Cat > any of the billion Batman love interests they stick him with in an effort to hide the fact that he's gay for Robin/Joker. Wonder Woman? Bitch ends up with Superman. Tali al Ghul? Hello daddy issues. Catwoman? I'm not saying she's a goldigger... Poison Ivy? Can you say lesbian? Black Cat was on Peter Parker's Spiderlad within 3 seconds of meeting him, dude has animal magnetism going for him.
