Hi guys! Have you been keeping up to date with the Natsu arc? I haven't been around much but I'm here now. And I'm starting to get very worried about Kyoko. Why you ask?

THAT'S WHY. It's just like the on-set guys said. There's NO reassurance that it's just acting from Kyoko or that Chihi girl whose name I never remember. But I keep having this fantasy about Ren ahving to come and hug her and kiss her to get her back to normal and out of the Natsu character because I'm not seeing it as acting but as Kyoko just sort of losing herself to the role.. I hope it comes true. But I do have a sinking feeling that Kyoko is on the verge of fainting or something. She's not eating (worried about her weight or something like that) and she injured her arm...well she didn't injure it. It got hurt when that Chihi girl pushed her down the stairs. I'll kill that girl for hurting my Kyoko. Zettai kurosu.

This Act was a little early, I think. so I don't know when the next one is due. There weren't any "Next chapter is due out on this date" kind of notes. Sowwy!

Sho is honestly a really cool guy, don't get me wrong. He's a lot of fun and very playful and stuff. But the day he hit Kyoko, I lost ALL respect for him. Some of that respect came back when he completely beat up that "Beagle" guy. (I will ALWAYS call them Beagle ) but seriously, he's too fickle in his feelings. First Kyoko was just some adoring fan/slave to him. Then she became someone he thought he could crush/embarass (remember the PV?). Now she's surpassed him and all of a sudden he thinks she's beautiful and he LOVES her? I'm sorry. As MUCH as I think he's cool, I just don't like him. So his heart will be broken. That was fated to be ever since Kyoko and Ren met as children and he sort of took care of her. They have ALWAYS been there for each other when they most need each other, completely by fate. She needed comfort because of the way her mother treated her, and if you wondered about Sho, he couldn't handle her tears , and Ren was there as Kuon (Kyoko's precious Corn). Then he needed someone to show him what love was, *BAM* Kyoko shoves her way into the company. And after that, they need each other for work, companionship, and love. Sho is not a part of that equation.

I SECOND TO THAT!!! I DEFINITELY AGREE! It's true he's cool, but there's no way ever that Nakamura-san would make Kyoko end up with Sho ever. She shouldn't change her state of mind while writing! I pray she won't!

Summary: Acts 18 thru 23

Kyoko is reading over the script preparing for the scene. She's uncertain how to act it out and overhears a couple of girls sneering at her. The atmosphere around her changes and when she starts the scene, she's doing the exact opposite of the script.
Maria remembers why she distrusts adults, even Ren. And she becomes moved by the brutal honesty which Kyoko is acting with the girl. Through the scene, Maria becomes so into the scene hat she begins to defend her own father! And Kyoko, following the script brings her around.

Despite the fantastic acting, the other girls in the class decide that since Maria interrupted, the scene doesn't count and they wouldn't recognize her. The arrangement was if she could do it perfectly, they would accept her. And then Moko gets upset because she finally realizes Kyoko is a *RIVAL*. Maria asks Kyoko about her father and mother. This leads Lory to realize Kyoko doesn't have her parent's permission. (Father seems to be dead, mother seems to not be around )

Lory tells her that in order for her to debut, she needs parental permission. She asks him even if the mother doesn't care, does she still need to get permission? Lory decdes she doesn't (the near-tears face did it for him.)

Kyoko is chanting to Corn that she's okay when Sawara surprises her. Corn flies out of her hand and falls down dozens of flights of stairs. The person that finds it is Ren and he recognizes it after he picks it up. When Kyoko comes running downstairs worrying about the missing Corn, she explains to Sawara that Corn-the-person, gave her Corn-the-stone, when she was younger on their last meeting and it's her most treasured item. Ren realizes who she is because he was Corn-the-person and he returns it to her. She has a tender expression as she thanks Ren who asks her, if she used to live in Kyoto.

Shocked that he found out, she asks how he knows and he tells her a made-up story to fool her and she falls for it. He tells her that she is too gullible and men will take advantage of that. When she ignores him, he taunts her asking if Sho was one who fooled her. She turns and walks away. A while later, Yashiro finds Ren leaning against a wall deep in thought. Ren wonders much how people can change after Kyoko showed him her middle-finger just before running off and he remembers her tender expression with Corn. Maybe she hadn't changed so much, but no one had changed as much as he had.

It's been a few weeks and Moko is still ignoring Kyoko. Kyoko's acting classes are coming along and things are well...except, Kyoko is still deathly afraid that Ren will confront her about the time she stuck up her middle finger at him. She meets Sawara on the corridor by chance and they chat a bit. Then he remembers that they need some people for the studio audience at a variety-show opening and he asks Love-Me to do it.

Kyoko rushes to Moko and tells her the big news, confessing that Moko is her first female friend. Later, Moko is very professional when Love-Me is asked to fill-in for a sick employee. Starry-eyed Kyoko does not realize she has been delegated to be a costumed chicken named Bo and wen she does, she does the job after being dragged off. She would have actually done a good job of it...if her arch-rival the eeeevil Sho was not the main guest . She looks for ways to sabotage him, first changing the questions in the audience's question box to personally prying questions that Sho would not want known.

He handles the questions beautifully, improving his image, even winning a challenge of badminton, but he suspects that the person in the costume is Kyoko as she was the only one to know his true weaknesses. Eventually, after pushing her too far, Kyoko-in-Bo beats him up and gets fired for disrupting the show. Kyoko sadly realizes that even though the whole thing is both of their faults, because he is a celeb, he is above censure . She mopes around the building in costume for a bit, angry at herself for falling to her angry instincts and suddenly finds herself lost. And worse, she finds herself in the presence of REN!

She tries to sneak away only he hears her and approaches her to ask to borrow her cell phone. His hopes fall when she tells him she has no cell phone. He tries to cover up the fact that he doesn't know a word with the fake-gentlemanly-sweet-smile of his. Kyoko is always able to see through that smile. Kyoko-in-Bo tells him that he really is smiling because it's the opposite of how he feels and he turns an extremely angry pair of eyes on her.

Scared, of him, she apologizes earnestly saying that it's all because she hates him. He laughs it off and Kyoko-in-Bo decides to try to help him. Something very simple he misunderstood greatly and she kills herself laughing. Yahsiro finds them just as she's finishing her laugh and seeing the "beautiful scene" between two friends, leaves them to finish their talk.

A bright light shines behind Ren reminding Kyoko of the stardom that Sho has and she sinks to her knees. Ren, thinking the person in the Bo suit must be ill, tries to help them remove the suit's head and Kyoko-in-Bo refuses his help, still petrified of his reaction to learning SHE is the one in Bo. She tells him that because she was fired she wants to wear the suit a bit longer and he tells her he knows how it feels to be fired from a job, losing count in fact (and looking so cute) of how many times that had happened. She gets angry at his very American brush-off and stalks away. He calls her back to thank her and then they go off their separate ways.

Kyoko is fascinated by the different faces he had shown and inspired by his persistence even though he'd been fired so many times. She vows to do her best from then on!

Feel free to argue, challenge or debate my summary. I love a good challenge. Look out for the next summary! Acts 24 thru 29 (Volume 5)....And again, sorry for the long delay. I mean, wow. You wouldn't believe the amount of work I was suddenly flooded with.

I love this act! Even the anime episode of it makes me laugh and I lost count how many times I screamed with surprise and shock when Kyoko tries to get away from Ren!
I knew it, it's definitely destiny that made Kyoko see the real and other side of Ren. It's destiny that both of them meet again for so long.
The main reason for that definitely is because he's already an actor at that age and time and just didn't tell Kyoko about it. After so many years, they found each other again. And to think she's able to see the other side of his personality, it's a plus for Kyoko!

You know what sis, I don't feel very happy with that scene she did. It gets too personal already and I pity the girl being affected by their adlib throughout the entire scene! Plus the director didn't stop it! It's not for revenge I don't think, but I'm not so sure either as to what was going on in Kyoko's mind there either...

That's why I tell you I'm worried about her! She seems GENUINE. It's like she's not acting anymore. I want her back to normal.... (working now on the first five eps)
