Please, I want to see D.Gray Man in Cartoon Network.

Besides, a series like D.Gray Man would make more sense in english. I mean, it's 19 century Europe, not Meiji Japan.

I do agree that it would be better in english... but not the way that the US does dubbing for anime... I hate US dubbed material.. for some reason it just sounds wrong whenever i'm watching something dubbed, there are very few animes/movies that are dubbed well. i think that japanese voice actors are a lot better at creating the right mood etc. so i shudder at the thought of a dubbed d gray man. it would completely ruin it for me. and i sort of like it that even though there are a lot of D Gray Man fans.. it's sort of like.. not everyone knows about it..and once something gets extremely popular (which i'm sure it will be if it airs on adultswim or some other channel) it's not as valuable? i don't know, it's just not as good.. so i'm opposed to it being on adultswim.

Well you know, I hate how they put all the good manga on AS because some of use have to go to school or work the next morning....but I know you can still tap it or whatever. But I just wish they had, like, a channel just for original anime. And take a look at Naruto! They really screwed it up by putting it on CN!

UGHH . . I KNOWWW !
MANN I'D SERIIOUSSLLY HATE THEM FOR THAT . D<
You get good 'ol weird cosplayers, crazy people buying Mugen and trying to chop a tree down, some old man using Allen's sword to exorcise his wife Dx CMON NOW !
IT'LL BE HORRIBLE ! I'll friggin' flame them if I have to D< I HATE IT ! I. Hate. It.
;_; Plus, if I see more and more D. Gray-man cosplayers, it won't be as good as having them stand out D; like with the redundant cosplays of Sasuke, Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura, Ichigo, Rukia, Orihime, LIGHT, L. =___=;;;;;

YEA! 'Cause everybody will think they're all hardcore anime fans just 'cause they see it in Cartoon Network!
UGH!

I KNOWWWW T_T
just like those fans that buy a death note, and just bring it to school and decide to write down random people's names, or they wear a ninja headband to school, and i don't even want to think about wearing the Shinigami outfit for Halloween =___=;;;

And then you'll see more people who will wear Black Order badges and shit. It's FRIGGIN' ANNOYING.

ughh . . =___=;;; buuuut i wear it now 8) the bigger version necklace, a small necklace, and the badge ;DD . annnd i cosplay as lenalee >:]]] so i dun count 8) . gaaaaaahk; they just needa hug a wall >;x there's this guy who hangs an ichigo plushie on their backpack =___=;;;

That's why I TRY not to like any anime that is aired in CN. But I started watching D. Gray Man before I KNEW it was going to be dubbed. GAH~

Before you knew it was going to be dubbed eh, I started watching D. Gray-Man over a year ago and I knew automatcally it was going to be dubbed, why because most animes end up being dubbed and yes a lot of people like anime and for the time way before it was dubbed it was popular and lots of people loved it. Even more of a sign it was going to be dubbed and to be all fair and honest I don't understand why sooo many people are against Dubs come on people you speak english don't be hating on it for some stupid reason like wanting to be Japanese or something. Buying dubbed animes actually supports the industry and seriously if you hate it so much there is an option on the DVD to change the language you view it in. But to be fair I enjoy the dubs more cause I speak english and its easier on me and if I like an anime I got out an I buy it in the end. So yeah if you watch an anime like D. Gray-Man and expect it to not be dubbed thats just silly also if it does end up being popular how is that a reason to go out and hate it? It does not change anything of the story or characters for how popular it is, its still D. Gray-Man I dislike when people hate something simply for just being popular.

If it was on cartoon network all the real violence would be cut out just like every other show and it would ruin it to be honest. PLus dubs arent as great as we all hope they woul dbe. At least in my opinion. Stay with subs there better

i agree thats why i liked it when it wasnt dubbed cuase here in the us not many people knew about it . and now that it is dubbed there is a bigger fanbase and i fear what it will be like at conventions because of that

I'm not really afraid of it being on AS because of the surge in popularity, that's all fine and dandy. However, FUNimation is the one doing the dubbing!! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!! There are VERY few instances of good dubbing (Cowboy Bebop being the best in my opinion), and FUNimation almost NEVER does a good job. Allen's voice is hideous, Kanda sounds like he's a 30 year old smoker, and Komui just sounds dumb. If it was being dubbed by another company, maybe by the guys who did Ghost in the Shell SAC, then I wouldn't really have a problem. That does raise the question of how much violence will be shown though O_o
Aside from terrible voice acting, the censorship would be my problem.

Yeah, I watched some clips of the d. gray-man dub on youtube the other day... ZOMGAWDDD! I'm pretty sure my ears were bleeding. And Allen's voice actor, Todd Haberkorn, does the voices for Hikaru in Ouran High School Host Club and Watanuki for xxxHolic....I KEEP THINKING OF THEM WHEN I HEAR ALLEN TALK! noesssssssss!
I wish Funimation would hire some NEW voice actors for amazing characters like Allen Walker.. D:
And censorship? Well that's a given. Even if it were to be aired on Adult Swim, they'd cut anything *questionable* out. Which would be, like, every other scene with Road Camelot in it, dammit.
