TTGL: Though I loved the Hyper Galaxy Gurren Lagaan, how can a small crew learn instantaneously how to work a universe sized gundam?

This is TTGL you're talking about here. Throw out that fucking logic you see in real robot shows. The will of a small bunch of people is enough to drive a galaxy-sized entity.

And TTGL, a 'universe-sized gundam'?

Choose your next words with exceptional care.

i gotta agree with this.......u cant call........the most epic coolest giant fighting robot ever.....a gundam....
and we dont need everyone to control such an awesome fighting machine!!!

? Well, in anime an illogical stuff always appear. But there are animes that breaks the rules they impose upon themselves.

Dragon ball! Especially the later parts. How strong they are could be very blurry. They keep getting stronger and stronger that they are able to destroy a planet but then some details would say they are not. Blahh! Worse you can bring anyone to life.

Giant Mechas: Making any of those would require a fortune! And they are not that effective in using resources either.

All those fighting type animes. They are hurt a lot that it would be a miracle if they are still alive but then they are able to stand up shakily. And after that they could still fight as if they are not injured at all. That is really breaking all logic. It is in "Law of Ueki," "Dragon Ball," "One Piece," "Bleach," etc.

Elfen Lied: YAY, this horned girl mutilated my family and now I still love her. Lets get married
Fate Stay Night: Wow, Who knew King Arthur was a chick. And second of all if king arthur was a chick then wat about Guinevere the Queen. Lesbian Couple, No wonder in Legen Guinevere left with Lancelot
Yugioh: Egyptian and duel monster. Wat the hell

You may have meant these tounge-in-cheek, but in the event not:

(1) C.C. and pizza: So you've never developed a taste for a new favorite food?

(2) Death Note: I assume you are referring to L. If you know what NEET means, it certainly doesn't apply, as L was very financially secure, and clearly well educated.

(3) Elfen Lied: Things less logical than this have happened in real life.

One of my pet peeves about an "illogical" elements have to do with kids and parents. Despite the fact that the main characters in most animes are high school age or younger, it is not uncommon to find one or more of the following apply:

(1) They live in an apartment or house on their own.

(2) They engage in dangerous activities with the knowledge of their parents, who do not appear to object.

(3) They are often gone from their home for hours, sometimes late at night, and the parents do not seem concerned or curious about what they are doing.

U just love to prove me wrong huh. I admit number 1 and 3 but as for two. wat I mean for two was he look like a Neet not a Neet himself. So wat kind of police would work for someone who look like that . That wat I mean not because L is actually a Neet.

Naruto : Let's train six year olds to kill. It's a way of life. How come?

Ninja's are assassins, that's what they do. To make people really effective at anything you need to train them from a young age, it's especially important if you want them to kill. You have to brainwash any morals/hesitations about killing out of them. Since children learn easily and haven't developed critical thinking, it would be a lot easier to make them into obedient killers, compared to adults who may have qualms about doing other peoples dirty work.
Not that I think Naruto is a very good show.

I was reading Hokuto no Ken, and food and water is super rare to the point that people will murder each other for it, yet you have people driving vehicles? Now that is a resource I expect to dry up quickly if nobody is producing it.

That and any anime where everybody has the same face and can only told apart by their hair/chest size.

What if you were walking through the grass in the Pokemon world and you didn't have any pokemon? Wouldn't they just attack you? Wouldn't people use them as weapons against other people all the time? Wouldn't you need some super stringent license or something to keep a firing breathing animal in your house?

Still, Come mon. if u see the Police and someone like L working together in real life. U just get that WTH-feeling. And its not about if he smart or not. U just dont let a highschool aged teenager solved a world class crime. Its so illogical. And even if the people in the anime allow him to cooperate with them no one in rel life would so it's basically illogical.

P.S Let the cat girl die. I'm into Immortal being not neko-girl. EX: C.C
