Exactly my thought!! I also didn't get why misa-chan (forgot her name there.. ) falling to her knees...
But because the scene before that was the scene of miyake-san (again, I forgot his role there) found the body of Naoto's father lying in the couch on the living room. By then Naoto has already off to get naruse, and I don't think he'd call his friend to report anything.. Naoto's mind must be already occupied with anger and revenge!
My guess is... miyake-san found the dead body of Serizawa.Sr, and then called misa-chan. Misa thought that it was such an unfortunate for Naoto (who was like, her secret love), and by then she was confirmed that Naoto must have gone to take revenge. I think that her empathy, anxiety and worry failed her on her knees..

Yeah, that makes sense...how Takazuka (Misa-chan) must have realized Naoto would be off to his doom. But I still feel it would've been more appropriate after Naoto dies or at least...show some reaction from her after she finds out he's actually dead. They only really show Shiori's reaction to both of them...and then the aftermath w/Shiori and Miyake-san talking about what they did after the whole incident. But meh, Misa-chan was really only a supporting role.

True! If in the end--shiori by running and takazuka by driving--arrived on the crime scene at about the same time after naoto and naruse both died, and those two got shocked and mourn for their love ones, shiori for naruse and takazuka for naoto, I think it might be just as good~ isn't it?

the ending was like the greatest ever

Click to show or hide i love so much the ending, but because of a spoiler i knew from the beginning that in the last episode naoto and naruse would die, but it still impressed me that i cried a little(well just a little cuz i'm not very emotive).i think the most touching moment was when naoto died holding naruse's hand and they were both crying.ehh..whatever it was an amazing drama i'm really happy cuz i watched it |

Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide This is just a theory on what she might have seen on the harmonica. Since Naruse kept it close to him and sees it as an important treasure from his dead brother and Naoto's (how did Naoto get the harmonica?) memories might have passed on the the harmonica. So Shiori might have seen both sides of the story of Hideo's death. That Hideo's death in the end was never an intentional murder.

I even cried myself to sleep,
I finished watching/downloading Maou last night
And the ending was the most saddest thing I ever saw in my life. I can't believe it, the ending really surprised me. I thought Naruse would live. But then, when the time Shiori came, that's where I almost decided to kill myself. When I saw Ohno/Naruse/Tomoo got stabbed by that Yamano bitch, was the most heartbreaking scene ever. Also the harmonica, I really fell apart after watching this drama. It was all worth it ♥

Ah, what I thought was really sad was seeing the father break down, because the other episodes built me up with this image of him, and seeing such a man like that...
I'm sorry, that's all I remember. It was at least a year ago XD
