Unless you are cought, or morally offend yourself, you haven't committed a crime.

If a pedophile has sex with a little girl and thinks he didn't do anything wrong he didn't do anything wrong unless he's caught by some third party

Sounds like something a pedophile rapist would say.

A crime is a crime. If you rape a kid, it's still rape.

On Topic: I'd probably be able to kill someone, if I knew I'd get away with it. I don't think I'd be paranoid cause if I got away with it *like 100% as in I had to go to court and then was found innocent, double jepordy protects you*

dmitsuki brings up a good point though. If no one thought rape was a crime (which it obviously is, but hypothetically speaking) then no one would look at that person as if they commited a crime but a normal thing. Reminds me of the Bible, I remember one time they "clensed the group of heritics". They didn't think it was any crime. But to us? Uh you murdered a bunch of people.

A crime is only a crime if its against the law and laws change all the time depending on how the people who live at that time with those rules think.

And who says rape is a crime? The government. If the government can't say what your doing is a crime, what makes it a crime but your indivisual morals.

I would, but I've watched too many CSI and NCIS, and now, a perfect crime sounds quite impossible too me.

There are TONS of murderers that never get caught all the time. Just think of the number of Missing people, at least some of those were murdered but they don't have any evidence. I've watched a bunch of forensic files, with real cases (not like the show CSI), and they've had murder cases that they almost classified as a suicide, so I'm pretty sure some have been able to pull it off =O

So, are you saying it's not wrong to rape someone?
That if raping a person ISN'T against your morals, that makes it okay?

If there's nobody to tell them otherwise, yes. Every response you give to me on this will be a vision through, YOUR eyes with your morals, so its really pointless to even continue lol, you won't get it. Nobody has ever done something wrong if they don't think they have done something wrong, or there is somebody else to tell them its wrong. That's why in some place's it's wrong for you to speak your mind because your a woman, and its enforced.

I do also watch real forensic shows all the time, I just prefered to say CSI because it's quite well known.

But in my opinion, there isn't a real 100% perfect crime. It just depends on how thorough and precise an investigation is. And in some cases, it is suicide, but people will overeact and jump to conclusions.

Yea some cases its just suicide and they over-react. If you are saying a 100% perfect crime (not just getting away with it) then sure I can understand that, if you are saying theres no way they didn't leave at least 'some' evidence- even if it wasn't found.
