My god you all are kinda messed up, you have time you bitch and complain over the internet but your not willing to do something about it? If you don't like the guy become independent and leave. Your 20 years old, I first moved out when i just turned 17, and my home life was really great coming from a Buddhist family, things were really nice. After living on my own and finishing high school I came back home because my dad was really sick so I had to help my mom with taking care of the horse ranch. I wake up at 5:30 AM everyday to shovel manure, and I'm very grateful, i don't have a cellphone, i don't have television with shows to watch, the best i have is an older laptop with crappy internet, hundreds of books (shout out to Voltaire fans) and my two best friends, my horses that i spend most of my time with. That step dad of your is such a small fragment of your life, ignore him, move on, and most certainly don't complain to people who can literally do nothing for you but promote your negative outlook. Have you ever sat down and talked with him? Asked him how his day was? People typically aren't just nasty ogres, especially the kind that have a partner and works. He ether has some deep emotional and social issues or you have simply blown this way out of the park (my guess). There's a reason why your mother likes him and you should respect that. Chances are he's just a regular guy, you just make him out to be a borderline rapist bridge troll. In reality chances are you probably have some dad issues or resent your mother for ether moving on with her life and finding someone she loves or she just doesn't spend enough time with you. If you truly have issues and a problem, the internet cannot help you. I heavily suggest asking for a family sit down and asking for family counseling, there is no shame in asking for help.
