Use to do 225lbs when I was in high school but after that I just stuck with boxing/tennis so while I don't have the mass anymore I have the stamina and speed... but it was funny when my friend slapped my chest and was like wtf?? lol

I don't know if it is a duplicate. If it is, then mods do your job. So...just wondering how much you can bench. I am 14 and I bench 130lbs.

Update: Right now I can bench 150lbs and if you add the bar weight it amounts to 195lbs..I forgot to put how much the bar weighed, sorry.

This is a sounds like a bad idea. While no studies have been able to prove stunt growth due to weight lifting, many people have reported to suffer serious joint and muscle damages from weight lifting before reaching the age of 18-20. Furthermore most instructors recommend not lifting heavy weights and gaining mass at such an early age...

When I used to lift, the most I got (in the gym) was 275. Quite pitiful for todays standards; even for the165lb class. Anyhow, a good bench doesn't mean jack at Powerlifting competitions as does a great SQUAT & DEADLIFT...
