It depends on the game and how its used... I didn't mind it in Shenmue, but hated it in Jericho. Dragon's Lair was the original and I spent time on that one.

Its used way too much in video games. Its better just to remove it (go back to the old days where you didn't have to press useless crap for reasons unknown).

They aren't bad, but they're just a very lazy excuse to add some "interaction" in cutscenes or special attacks. It gets repetitive, there are much better, more creative ways to include interaction, I'm sure someone out there has some ideas.

I don't mind them so long as they are consistent. it sucks when there's like 5 throughout the course of a game and you don't know when they're coming. I liked it in Turok because there were alot, but you could expect them.

I don't mind them, I just get irritated when they change. Like, one time it'll be X and A and I'll mess up so I think "okay X and A, got it..." then next time I go through and its like "RT" "LT" and I'm like X A and then I die

No, I have no problems with it on Star Wars force unleashed and God Of War 1 & 2.

Quicktime events are suppose to make you more intuned into the game.
so instead of not really paying attention to the screen,
you have to pay attention just incase you die and you say " wtf just happened "

lol

btw: i like quicktime events, unless they get out of hand every 5 mins.
