This isnt a new system. He's changing some things so the points system for some things are temporarily down and will be back up later.

I won't tolerate anyone abusing the system.

I thought that most of my point came from my video comments...

EDIT: When I posted they rocketed up to 900 o_o (that's a relief, though)
