In the eyes of the Church...

there are different degrees
of sins...

but once u sin... u are put on
an equal level to all the sinners...

whether u are Hitler or u just sinned
once... u are equal... in the eyes
of the Church... all sinners

So punishment for one sinner should
also be at par with another sinner...
no matter how bad he sins...

i really hate it when some of your relatives forces you to join some overly religious group like the one you mentioned... i too was forced to join a religious group once.. its kinda of a bad experience cuz you have to fake things, but there is quite a part of it where you do feel kinda light inside, for me it shouldn't be forced to someone. i too sometimes feel like i have to do a little soul searching. but i have my own believes. and btw the "repeating a prayer over and over again" is considered to some (religions) as paganism.

@topic

well if i was to be punish for my sins well that would be doing tons of tons of chores lol ive been slaking off lately lol i forgot other sins i made though...

I would agree, I've had people try to force religion on me, never worked tho, as ill just piss off the church until they kick me out. Really thats all you have to do, if you want out just piss the church officials off until they can't take it anymore and kick you out.

i was thinking if this was your sin for example (piss the church officials) then that means your punishment is also getting force to join religious groups lol perfect punishment.

Hey, pare!! (^_^)o

Lul. On that experience, there was a theme where we had to walk on our knees and hug the crying seniors. I was like [stating it on my mind], "Are you for real? You just putting your hands on your eyes and make this huhuhu sounds. ugh." I could have swear the first one I hugged was laughing. XD hahaha
Besides making the whole place dimmer and playing sad music, the crying seniors we had to hug were guys. I was like, "come on now. My hugs are only meant for bhebs. This is so weak. ugh. Freaking make me walk on knees and then this! THIS! Kill me now." XD hahahahahahahhahaha

Woot Samurai X lol

But I think you have something wrong there, I'm not catholic and I have limited knowledge so if I'm wrong please ignore me.

But when you confess, you have to be actually be sorry and regret doing those sins, I think when you have those feelings you will feel more inclined to not only never do it again but to do good so learning from you mistakes to become a better person and just like in Samurai X you will remember what you've done and try to do good. And the feeling that you got off to light or need punishment might actually be your punishment.

And no offense I'd never let myself be alone in a room with a catholic priest, specialy in a religous comunity. But thats just another reason I'm not Catholic, or any other religion.

super bump

^ **ignores, except the Samurai X part**

Actually, if you did the Samurai X way, helping others would eventually make you feel good, which won't be considered a punishment, right?
