What's the best Japanese car manufacture in your opinion?

HONDA POWERRR

f**k Mitsubishi, they built their entire company on american POW's brutally forcing them into making aircraft engines and then killing them. I like any other japanese motor company but mitsubishi. That's the only track record that a person cant forgive. I feel terrible over everything that happened in that war including the bombing, but that car company is created with the blood and death of fellow americans. And as it still stands, i cant stand them. Otherwise I would half to say my favorite japense car company is probably Nissan for the wonderful 240sx.

I really like a lot of the old cars that Toyota used to put out. But Toyota's only into making family cars nowadays, so my vote goes to Nissan

Every nation in the world has done something that some other country just can't forgive.

I respect your opinion in regards to Mitsubishi, and in no way am i going to try and say anything in Mitsu's defense. ...But please don't forget America (including thousands of 'concerned citizens') did some pretty fucked up things themselves.

Yeah man, no sweat, I am not "biased" in terms of perspective on a moral level, I understand everybody and nation has done things that people cannot forgive. I in no way bare a grudge against the nation or its citizens though, I love japan, it's just the history behind that company that leaves a bad taste. It would be no dif if say canada did something like that.

me i LOVE Nissan, BUT i'd have to say Toyota. some of you are saying honda and toyota but you know what honda is making more then cars so that is a unfair advantage. their motorcycles are awesome and so are there cars. now toyota on the other hand only truly make cars and never once had to get someone to take over/by a part/ etc etc of their company. also they make very reliable cars, they last longer then dirt itself.

if i'm wrong about toyota making only cars then correct me please. i never say i'm an expert at knowing companies like the back of my hand.

suzuki is not jap

Uhh... what? Suzuki Motors Corporation (スズキ株式会社, Suzuki Kabushikigaisha) is a Japanese company, Japanese owned, Japanese-founded, and is based in Shizuoka, Japan.

Anyway, I'm going with Honda for the overall best. They've proven that their cars are the most reliable, have the best resale value, and are generally the most nicely built cars in their classes. They also use excellent interior materials and have the best ergonomics of any major Japanese manufacturer throughout their lineup, and they've been responsible for introducing many major technologies to the production car world, including variable valve timing and aluminum-body construction.

Their S2000 is also one of the best sports cars I've ever driven, and is by far the best that has ever been available for less than $40,000 in today's money, which is why I own one.

I am proud of you for keeping an open mind and not being biased like a lot of people are towards other countries. it is nice to see someone who has the some of the same values. I did not know that that had happened though.

I personally like Toyota and Nissan. Toyota for reliability and Nissan for Pizaz
