Definitely try Silent Hill, I would also say try Bioshock, even if you're not a fan of FPS.

Fatal Frame 1, 2, 3 and 4. The best.

maybe Penumbra: Black plague.

(tho I only tried it for a couple of minutes)

The best survival horror games ever are the silent hill games. They are so creepy and scary, if you can get your hands on part 2 buy it as its the best in the series. Its one of the best game franchises of all time.

Fatal Frame 4 didnt even came out yet. Back to topic, Silent Hill 4/5 is scary and trippy at the same time.

I remember I was at a friend's not too long ago and he was playing Condemned: Bloodshot for the PS3. So anyway, he comes to this room with a mannequin. And I'm all "Hit that son of a bitch. Those fuckers creep me out." So he does and all of a sudden a semi-circle of mannequins are standing behind him and we we're both like "HOLY SHIT!"

Too bad the game isn't that scary all the way through. Can we say Indigo Prophecy?

I shall also recommend Silent Hill.

Also, for best results, Silent Hill should be played alone with the lights down and volume up.

k I found another one.It's a pc flash game called Hotel 626(it's a game about ghosts) which you can only play from 6pm-6am but you can change ur computer's time to cheat it.You can use a webcam and mic if you want to.Just google it to find it.=)
