captain gai cos hes just awesome with way he acts
saskue cos i think hes legendary in shippuden with the way he looks n badass attitude
neji the moves r immense n his skills r top class
finally sakura the way she is in shippuden with healin ability n unreal super strength is awesome n the hell yeah catchphrase when she knocks someone shitless is the ultimate choice

Well I'd like to have Shikamaru as team leader since he's the best planer there is!
Then Kakashi, his experience will come handy. He would be co. captain!
Then Kiba since he's a really good tracker.
And at last Sakura, she's strong and she's a really great medic.

my ultimate team would be kakashi / naruto / itachi / pein ( the combination of their offensive attack would be unbeatable

i'll say its gaara(which still have shukaku), sakura, kakashi, and naruto. sakura can act as medic and offensive which is scary combi XD

I would pick Minato but he's not present. Naruto would be nearly invincible with his genes and Kyuubi. Tobi would be the next strongest since he's the mastermind (Naruto would be the enforcer of course) though i'm not sure how's he related to Madara.
