Any ending of a series is happy and sad at the same time. Having closure on something and finally reaching the end of the point of a series is something that I do look forward to. However it is sad when you don't want the story/characters./etc to go away. Still having an endings are vital as long as they are not short of chopped etc.

Hajime No Ippo- No it didn't end but the New Challenger was so short, I wanted more! >.< Although Takamura's seiyuu did confirm they were planning on the third installment.
Tenshi na Konamaiki - Despite how much I loved it there were too many obscurities that could've been elaborated further if it continued.
Death Note - I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the ending.
D Grayman - Can you say absolute cliffhanger? Sigh.
Full Metal Alchemist - This series is as close to my heart as D Grayman and it was also a slight cliff hanger at the end. Loved it to bits, both the manga and the Anime.

Skip Beat- it ended to soon if compared to the manga
Ouran High Host Club- the ending was too lacking and random, they obviously just want it to end it
Gintama- I was so upset when it ended! It was one of those animes I could go to at any moment if I felt like laughing
