Don't see why it would matter.

Nope. One of my co-workers is around my mother's age, and we get along great. We have some stuff in common, which the main one is food lol. We always share recipes, and give each other food we make. We always have great conversations too, you really can talk to her about anything.

I think it helps a little bit when friends are closer in age since its more likely they'll like the same things but I don't think age gaps really make a difference at in friendships.

For children, like up to 15 or so, I'd say definitely, yes. As adults, I don't think it matters what age your friends are, it just may be harder to make friends of a different age group.

Doesn't matter at all, when i was 13 i'm friends with this 20-something college dude, we hang out, playing video games, having fun and sleeping naked together, nothing wrong with that.

Wonder how many people here would let their kids befriend an adult man.

Not at all. As a very young kid I preferred talking with adults because talk with kids annoyed me for the most part.

It really doesn't matter at all as long as you share laughs and are happy!
