Nope, if he/she is worth being a friend, then you should befriend him/her, regardless of age.

Yep, for me at least. I find it difficult to be truly good friends with anyone under the age of 35.

Well no at least it doesn't for me. When some of you guys start working you'll meet tons of people that are different ages. Hell most of my friends are over 40. I play online games with teenagers and the women i'm dating is 15 years older then me ( co worker).

yeah I think it does to an extent like if youre a senior and highschool and befriend I jr highschool kid you should act more like a role model but if you are both on the same mature level with common interests it doesn't matter at all unless you are like a really immature 50 year old trying to befriend a 15 year old

Well I have friends who are 5 years older than I am. Also one friend who's pretty much an adult. I don't think there's much wrong with it.

No. A lot of the time the case is just that you have more things in common with people your age, or only have the opportunity to meet people your age. But in my case, most of my friend are way older than me, and it doesn't even occur to me anymore because we get along just as well anyway.

Naw, my friends are all ages. It's more about who you have the opportunity to meet and what you have in common.

Friendship does not matter in college. That's gold right there.

not friendship but love to a degree

but really its all opinion

i mean what if your friends with God or Jesus in human form

no offense to them or anyone sorry if so

=========

keeping things separate

but what if you were friends with Zeus or Athena or Apollo even though they would kill you and eat you maybe or fuck you to death maybe literally by all and any means

assuming if you knew all this and they were openly admitting to it

Age doesn't necessarily prevent the success of friendship,but at times it proves to be a hindrance.Misunderstandings due to things such as generation gaps and so on

Nope, but I prefer older, my age or younger I just dont get along with. All of my best friends growing up were 20+ years older than me and my mom tried to have all of them arrested. One guy I met off the internet when i was 14 he was like 35 or so, the cops chased him back home on the highway. but were still good friends that like 15 years ago. I've always liked women at least 10 years older than me.

Nope, but society has the idea that anyone hanging out with a significant age different, is a form of manipulation.
