My Korean friends, they all have to be in the same age for them to be considered friends... If the other person is even just a year older, they're like.. "elders?"

age is not the important factor in friendship
it is the trust and thought that count

no, age doesnt matter
just as long as you can communicate with the person, you automatically become their friend?
|
|
|
Well that depends, if the person you communicate with enjoys speaking with you and/or being in your company, then yes, you are friends. Otherwise, if you only talk on certain occasions, or purely out of necessity(classmate sitting in front of you, project partner, dorm roommate sometimes even) you are associates.

Age has never been a problem as far as friendships go - for me. I have friends mostly older than me, but there are a few who are younger by 2-3 years. I think it's good to have friends of different ages, sexes, backgrounds, and ect. You learn from each of them whether you realize it or not.

age does not matter in friendship..its BULLSH*T if anyone were too think that age matters..im 18..and my REAL friends are like between 2 to 16 years older then me..or even more in fact..like the uncle at my werkplace or the janitor in my school...i respect them cause they are wiser and also they can be both friend or counsellor..friends are everywhere..if ur "friend" leave u cause of the age gap..believe me,they are not good friends and plus they will never find ANY in future!!!

nope.
Especially if you say friends. I would say the same for BGR anyways. All the relationships in my family has thus far been girl>boy.
