i dont think it does after school.. well it kindve does depending on the enormous gap..
but if its just as small as you say, then during school etc it wouldve been hard for someone that cares what others think..

but after school/uni
when theres no one to think about it or talk about it then it wouldn't matter at all to her, thats just my opinion tho

nope it doesnt matter. having friends of different age is good cos if u need advice an older one would be useful and if ur in a problem normally the younger ones wake u up.

To me personally i don't care but sometimes i do so i would say just becareful who you choose to be your friends

and without friends there wouldn't be BEST FRIEND FOR LIFE is there? jokes beside you need friends (for connection ~)

Nope, age doesn't not matter in a friendly relationship. If a 45 yrs old is friend with a 5-30 yrs old man/woman/girl/boy, it should be fine. Friendship are develop with a common interest or to past time. Friendship is to understand each person better. I know when I was in middle school, I know a lot of old people ranging from 30 to 60 yrs old. They are pretty nice people. So i do not think that age matter.

no because personally people whos older befriends youngs one tend to abused the trust...if you understand what i mean at all

I dont think it matters im almost 13 and i have a friend who will be 19 in January but i still think hes one of my closest friends

No. It does not matter. But it can cause problems like the friends do not understand what they usually do in their age.

Age is nothing but a number that people who have closed minds follow. I see nothing wrong with some one who is older than another yet they hang out. If a person has common intrests with another then why not be friends.

It is another thing when they become sexually active though.

I wouldn have to take time to think bout this question, surely age has no boundaries in friendship........i can even make friends with a one year old, though he has yet much to think..........
