So like the title states, how often do you work out and what are the various routines you use when exercising?
I exercise EVERY day of the week and my workout usually consists of joggin in place for 30 mins, push ups for 10 mins, jumping jacks for 10 mins and then its off to the weights which i usually stay on for about 10-15 mins and to finish it up i hop on my tredmill for 30 mins lol...then I pass out  lol

+1. never enough for me - i do walk 2+ miles to work during the week... but with the summer surf season ending and daylight fading fast, can't squeeze in surf/swimming like i want to during the week. weekends are strictly for lounging around.

maybe twice or three times a week. mainly just bench press and various dumbell exercises.

Nearly everyday. I either go over to a friends house, or walk around the neighborhood for a very long time until my legs give out. Every once in a while I do push ups, sit ups, and weightlifts.
