I use to work out every day and I hit that plateau and got nowhere. Once I tried working less and becoming more efficient in my workouts I got incredible results and increased the weight I used considerably. (note my previous post I mentioned EFFICIENTLY, so it would actually do something). What job are you doing may I ask? i wont argue with you about effiency because if i go the gym every day and work one muscle group its not going to do anything for my overall fitness and as for my job ill send you a message id rather not put it in forums, im just saying that someone who wants to mantain a healthy/fit body should work out at least 3 times a week for at least an hour a day. and running/swimming (aerobic exercise) is one of the best ways to exercise because it works multiple muscle groups at the same time. |

sunday morning 7.00am to 9.00am = tennis with my brother
monday night 8.30pm to 9.30pm = hip hop class tuesday night 9.00pm to 10.00pm = futsal with friends wednesday night 7.00pm to 9.00pm = badminton with friends thursday night 7.30pm to 10.30pm = tennis class friday & saturday night = at home watching drama . hehehehehe.... i'm an active person. like to get sweat. sweat makes me feel sexy....... |

hmm hard to say. to me i am doing it every second of my life. but to some people i didn't exercise for the last 3 years. it depend on what people's views are. to me typing for this topic is an exercise. if exercise as workout then the last time i work out was 2 or 3 years ago.
