how often do you exercise?

four or five days a week.

Usually start with a warm up exercise like sprints or hop on a stationary bike for 15 min then on go on a treadmill or run outside for 30 min. after that I stretch for 5-10 minutes then go lift weights for 10-20 min

everyday, 30 minutes. im happy with my abs now, theyre faint. just need to work some fat off. >:o.

i used to exercise religiously 5 - 6 days a week and spend hours in the gym. i loved how cut my body was getting. now i cut down tremendously due my schedule. will hopefully be back on my original workout routine soon.

i work out in the gym 2 days a week and do martial arts 5 days a week, although i often have to miss classes due to errands, appointments, etc.

everyday, firstr wake up at 6 ( if I'm sleeping mostly not ) start with shuttle then leg press then do some squad. push ups first with two hands after that 2 finger push ups. Afternoon, start with my program running for 20 min. then shuttle, squad and as last pull some weights... :/
