whenever i'm not bogged down with homework. i've only been able to do it once this week. so much homework... it's like 12am, and i'm still not done. it's been 5 fucking hours. taking a short break though.

I exercise a little, everyday.... i keep the minimum of 20 push-ups, sit-ups (or crunches), squats.. if i'm not lazy tht day (which is most unlikely) i would do 10 more of everything and also do some shadow-boxing

I do quite a bit of exercise, Mondays and Wednesdays I have Aikido, Tuesday and Friday I have Ninjutsu, I'm always on the go, hardly ever stop and I also do a lot of dancing and gymnastics. On weekends, I'm too fucked to do jack shit. -__-

All day, everyday  and I LOVE it. I'll never get to the Olympics in Taekwondo if I didn't, you have to be super fit to suffice in this sport.

well sometime i go into this exercising phases and just cut down on eat, start running, hula hooping(those metal ones) streches, curl/sit ups, aloooot of things, it could last a day, a week, two weeks and the phase will be over and i'll start being lazy again lol, i dont know why but it happens, i guess thats how i managed to maintain my weight, i probably'd be reaaaaaal big by now if not for that lol
