Well, between 0 - 5 times a week lol. Not very consistent. 0 when I'm really being lazy on break, although I'll usually do 2-3 days. When it's winter season, I'll usually do 2-4 days. On season is basically 5 days a week.

I'm only in Cross Country and Track and Field though. So it's mostly cardio. We go through the various stretches and exercises, just no weights if you're not in throwing.

1 time a week 4 gym...no thts a lie i sit out every gym time.does doing chores,typing,clicking the mouse,and changing classes count?

once or twice per week.. encompasses weightlifting & cardio

I exercise every day. I run, do push-ups, I use the leg press machine and finish off with the treadmill.

Normally anywhere from 5 to 6 days a week. But I have been sick as of recent so I have not been working out much. Sucks for me because I love to run. I need to slowly build up my stamina again I do not want to cause a relapse, and become sickly again.

i workout everyday.
do exercise with weights
pushups
ab work
use the bicycle for 20 min
and jog for 20 min on treadmill. [if i jog on a trail i usually do it for 2 hours, my own pace though]
i always end my workout with dancing. ^^
i like exercising it boosts up my energy and makes me concentrate more in my classes.

I walk an 1 to 2 hours everyday.
Jog every weekend.
Play volleyball or swim 2 times a week.

That should count as something ._.

When I'm not at college I tend to be lazier but when I am I lift like every other day and run maybe 5 times a week since I am on the track team.

5 days a week when Swimming or Water Polo season starts.
