i work out a lot. right now i work out 5 days a week in my martial arts: 1 in boxing, 2 in BJJ, 1 in krav, and 1 in Tang Soo Do. i also lift weights 2 days a week.
i'd lift weights more, but it gets painful when you've got aching muscles and trying to grapple with someone. i just couldn't do it . right now i do upper body on Mon and lower body on Wed, and thats about all i can take, especially when i have a martial arts class 5 hours later. weekends are my rest period.
its great because i love to eat and now i can eat like crazy and not gain any weight. its fucking awsome. i remember when i only worked out like 2 days a week, and i got really fat
