Hardly ever. xDD Unless it's like during gym class and I'm forced to do sit-ups and push-ups xDD I wanna exercise, but it takes too much energy and I don't really have the time for it. The time I do have, gotta go into my sleeping bank~

i work out a lot. right now i work out 5 days a week in my martial arts: 1 in boxing, 2 in BJJ, 1 in krav, and 1 in Tang Soo Do. i also lift weights 2 days a week.
i'd lift weights more, but it gets painful when you've got aching muscles and trying to grapple with someone. i just couldn't do it . right now i do upper body on Mon and lower body on Wed, and thats about all i can take, especially when i have a martial arts class 5 hours later. weekends are my rest period.

its great because i love to eat and now i can eat like crazy and not gain any weight. its fucking awsome. i remember when i only worked out like 2 days a week, and i got really fat

i go off and on
three or four months like a crazy monster working out every day for and hour or more and then the next 3 month's nothing

I used to jog 30 minutes a day, 10 pushups, a couple of crunches, and weights. I haven't excersised for a while aside from a lot of walking. I should get back into the habit before I become incredibly lazy again.

I am in training for a Kickboxing match next Sat. I train at my boxing gym 2 dats a week for 90 min, I train at my taekwando dojo 2 days a week for an hour, I run 2 days a week and work a swim and some dog walks in. The cardio at my fight gym is so hard-core we usually puke at least once in a session.

I walk all the time but thats about as much as I can do now I think I over used my knees to much when I was in middle school and high school... and the army didn't help either >.> so now I just do push ups and sit ups every so often (weekly or so) to still max the army standards =P *army's 100% for my age is 71 push-ups in 2 minutes..last time I did it in 1:30*

As long as I'm not fat the idea of lifting weights to lift heavier weights or running to run even more probably won't catch on with me.

I try to go to the gym about every other day. I mean paying $60 per month for the gym is a good enough reason to go.
