4-5 days a week, working out every single muscle split between 4-5 days. I used to weigh 122 and now im 145.

I'm playing football right now, and we are working out for hour and half. We do some weights, and then when I get home I have to workout my upper body. Arms with dumbells, triceps, abs, pushups, a lot for upper arms. I'm trying to get stronger and play for division 1 football.
It's hard, if you want to play and be better. That's what you have to do. Work hard and be successful. Never give up on your dream.

~I pump Iron 4 days a week. I work my upper body on Mondays and Thursdays and my lower body on Tuesdays and Fridays. I jog for as long as I can on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

In high school doing track and field 6 days a week. I'm not a thrower, I do the 200m, 400m, triple, and long jump. So no weight training. I should probably do a bit though. I'm scrawny as hell.

I'm not into exercising at the gym, or jogging, but I do have to walk a lot every day, I go swimming on the weekends, and also play tennis a couple of times a week

I'm doing college track so I work out pretty much 5-6 days a week, plus Iike to play basketball a lot and lift weights and practice martial arts too if i'm not running.

i lift weights and run 2 miles a day and do my martial arts training then i always end my training with my ab workout then when im all done i have a cup of green tea. on my 1day off i just run and ab work out oh and my tea.lol
