weight training about 5-6 days a week. different body parts on different days, rinse and repeat.

A few years ago I would work out 5-6 days a week, now the only thing that keeps my in shape is work, which is partially labor.

4-5 times a week usually. but i dont do "gym exercises" i rock climb and cycle. i trick myself into thinking that im just having fun!

I exercise regularly. I walk 10+ miles every week during summer, do crunches/reverse crunches, and plenty weight lifting.

Almost never, other then walking.
I have been sitting at a computer for the past 10 years, eat junk-food, and still weight the same.
Ether that, or I loose weight.

5 days a week, 2 hours each day

1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weightlifting


Edit: funny in this excercise thread, there was a Jillian Michaels advertisement banner lol thats wierd

Mondays: Aikido
Tuesdays: Ninjutsu
Wednesdays: Street Dancing, guitar...not really exercise but I still have to walk to the music studio.
Thursdays: Aikido
Fridays: Ninjutsu followed by swimming or the gym...I mostly chose swimming because its more fun.

Weekends: Play Kinect games which wear me out (I seriously recommend it for anyone wishing to get fit and have a hell of a good time)
Swimming.
Shopping also counts, I go round shops like a tornado on crack.

Everyday fast rope skipping for 20 mins aprox and 1.5 hr. soccer training weekly.

6 days a week 3-6 sessions that last 30-45 minutes. 1 session is always weight training and another is always core work. The rest is cardio/endurance. Sessions are now short because I'm still rehabilitating my back, time under tension does not sit well with my back.

Before I hurt my back I did a lot of Oly lifts and power exercises, 5 times a week, and cardio was hitting the bag for 2-3 hours... I miss it.

Run around the back yard 100 times

Then again I have gym this whole school year
