You should workout. It would help you get out of your depression by releasing good feeling endorphins.

4 times a week before going sleep, i do 30min or more depending if tired, of weight lift,push up and set up ,do not need more ^_^

i try to whenever i feel up to it... but i have to quit when i get random sharp pains in my joints (no i don't have arthitis cause i get sharp pains in my lower back too) >.< idk my body's messed up...

Every day. My house has this big set of stairs. And I have to walk down it to get food. Every day. >:T

Every day when I'm In exercise mode. Then one day's break becomes a week and so on until I think I'm being too lazy, then the whole cycle begins again.
