how often do you exercise?

I run or jog for 30 and kickbox for 30 more.

Past 3 months i have only trained alone.

Occassionally that is, i just hope i get new fire when i start mixed martial arts next week.

In these 3 months i have:

Punched bag, run few times, trained my kicking technique since i had to change certain leverage, it was uncomfortable the first time but now i have almost mastered it. Also have been training my leg strength and shadow boxing just to improve my movement, god gave me creativity to learn few tricks about footwork and kicks, i want to thank god for that.

I've been really depressed for long long time but when i found my faith again i've improved dramatically and keep on doing it. It has been hard time for me since i had 18 year birthday, i expect my downhill to change at least when i become twenty.

hardly ever, although i maintain my target weight and hover 2.5 lbs either direction... my job keeps me fairly fit, but i do relax a bit at home... i guess walking would count, i take my dog out once or twice a week for at least 30 min or we go running at the dog park every now and then...

i do have weights and a gym, but they never get used... hell, dance central sees more action than both of those combined...

I like taking care of my self! I excercise 4 to 5 times a week which is usually 15min of vigorous jump rope. And I walk all the time! 3 to 4 hours a day. I also drink green tea with lemon and honey night and day. I also take care of my skin and very much obsessed with it.:-P
I am only 15 though, very soon I am gonna hit the gym.

im proud to say i don't exercise.. LOL i stay awake at night this week, eat a lot and i sleep all the time during daytime...

Everyday. Either I run outside in the mornings or go to the gym.

But when I am feeling fat. I do both.

Up until now I've been consistently exercising because of P.E....now that I'm in college I don't really have that anymore.

Maybe I'll start running for 45 minutes from now on

Morning jogs are the best. Even if you're tired, by the end, you'll feel good and energize to start your day. ^_^
