I should learn your discipline of running. Morning jogs are the best. Even if you're tired, by the end, you'll feel good and energize to start your day. ^_^ Oh god, i hate mornings and to run at morning never done that, maybe i should try it one time and see if it really is more fun than i think it is, but i do understand that after running you feel always good so i won't be surprised. |

Jumping Jacks and running in place for 30 minutes each seems a little tedious don't ya' think? I'd spend some more time doing different types of cardio if that's what you're after.. Work up a regiment, then change it from time to time. You're muscles become situated with certain exercises after awhile and if you don't change it up from time to time-- you really can't improve all too much.
I don't mean to criticize or say what you're doing wrong, far from it. For all I know that type of routine shows the most results for you, so sorry if I come off as some sort of meat head know it all :/ I'm certainly no veteran, but I too work out every day and have been doing so for quite some time now. Feel free to hit me up if you want some advice on new ways of working out. |
