5 days a week alternating between 1 day in the morning one day in the evening.
The exercises I do consist of: Dance (for cardio) sit-ups & push-ups and then off course my squats (gotta love 'em lol) and I also do a whole lot of walking (legs are sooo toned XD ) but, never running except for PE at school because I'm very particular about being stared at XD (no one runs up and down streets where I lived and if you do its called being "Odd" lol)

Lol, like...never. Maybe the occasional swim or bike ride, and in winter I ski. But I don't actively jog or do push-ups or anything like that. I don't really need to, I'm only 120 pounds and I'm not interested in being muscular. When my metabolism stops being so awesome I'll probably start getting fat, hopefully then I'll get off my lazy ass and work out.
uhm i exercise by typing a lot so my fingers are really strong lol jk i dont really exercise.. occasionally when i DO leave my room i walk my dogs or something.... thats aabout it :)
btw lol im not fat.. at all so i guess not doing much is a good thing in some sence but i also dont eat anything unless its asian or cereal so be like me!!!
